Manfred Hoeberl was a pro-strongman, powerlifter, and in 1994 he became the man with the world’s largest arms. His arms were measures at 25.75 inches cold (no pump) he then pumped up with a dumbbell and his arm was re-measured at 26 inches. Not only were his arms insanely huge, but he was also an incredible athlete. He was actually a runner up at the World’s Strongest Man competition. Here’s my video on Manfred below:
